About Western Dust

Western Dust is an online store based in Queensland, Australia. We sell ribbons, boot accessories, charms, boot chains, gift cards and related products.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Product measurements, finishes and materials may vary slightly, especially where items are handmade, styled or produced in small batches.

Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a pricing or product error appears on the website, we may cancel or refund the affected order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, payment fails, shipping details are incomplete, fraud checks fail or an error has occurred.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us quickly if anything is incorrect.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by WooPayments and its payment processing partners. We do not store full card numbers on our website. Your payment must be received and cleared before we dispatch an order.

Shipping

We ship from Queensland, Australia. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping fees may apply.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not controlled by Western Dust.

Gift cards and gift notes

Gift cards, where available, are issued in Australian dollars and may be subject to additional terms shown at purchase. Gift notes must not include unlawful, offensive or harmful content. We may refuse to include a message at our discretion.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy content without permission, upload malicious code, use the website for unlawful purposes or do anything that disrupts the store or other users.
