Western Dust ships from Queensland, Australia. We pack each order carefully and aim to get it moving as quickly as possible.

Processing times

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During launches, sales or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

If an item is made to order, personalised or available for pre-order, any additional timing will be noted on the product page.

Shipping within Australia

Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details where tracking is available.

International shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping details before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears lost, delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. For damaged parcels, please include photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
